Agent Wei（以下稱「本站」）提供繁體中文的 AI 工具教學與工作流筆記。Agent Wei Studio（以下稱「本工具」）是本站的內容工具，功能是把站主自己的影片發布到站主自己授權的社群帳號，並查看這些影片的成效數字。

本站與本工具由個人經營，不是公司服務，也沒有付費方案。

使用本站內容 #

本站文章可以自由閱讀與引用。引用時請註明出處並附上原文連結。未經同意，請不要整篇轉載或用於商業產品。

使用本工具 #

使用本工具代表你同意這份條款。你必須擁有你所連接帳號的合法使用權。你對透過本工具發布的內容負全部責任，包含著作權、商標、廣告揭露與當地法規。

你不可以用本工具做下列事情：發布違法內容、散布垃圾訊息、冒用他人身分、規避平台限制，或對平台 API 做超量存取。

第三方平台 #

本工具透過 TikTok 官方 API 運作。TikTok 是 TikTok Pte. Ltd. 的商標，本站與 TikTok 沒有從屬關係。你使用本工具時，同時必須遵守 TikTok 的服務條款與社群自律公約。平台規則變更或 API 權限異動時，本工具的部分功能可能停止運作。

沒有保證 #

本站與本工具以「現狀」提供。本站不保證內容完全正確、不中斷，也不保證發布一定成功。平台審核、網路狀況與 API 限制都可能影響結果。

責任限制 #

在法律允許的範圍內，本站不對任何間接損害、資料遺失或營收損失負責。

終止 #

你隨時可以停止使用本工具，並在 TikTok App 內撤銷授權。站主也可以隨時停止提供本工具。

條款變更 #

條款更新後，本頁的生效日會一併更新。繼續使用即代表接受新版條款。

The service #

Agent Wei (the "Site") publishes Traditional Chinese tutorials and notes about AI tools and workflows. Agent Wei Studio (the "Tool") is the Site's content tool. It publishes the owner's own videos to the owner's own authorized social accounts and shows how those videos perform.

The Site and the Tool are run by an individual. They are not a company service and have no paid plan.

Using the Site's content #

You may read and quote articles on the Site. Please credit the source and link to the original. Do not republish a whole article or use it in a commercial product without permission.

Using the Tool #

Using the Tool means you accept these terms. You must hold the lawful right to use every account you connect. You are fully responsible for the content you publish through the Tool, including copyright, trademarks, advertising disclosure and local law.

You may not use the Tool to publish unlawful content, send spam, impersonate another person, bypass platform restrictions, or send excessive requests to a platform API.

Third-party platforms #

The Tool works through the official TikTok APIs. TikTok is a trademark of TikTok Pte. Ltd., and the Site is not affiliated with TikTok. When you use the Tool, you must also follow the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Features may stop working when platform rules or API permissions change.

No warranty #

The Site and the Tool are provided as is. We do not guarantee that content is free of errors, that the service is uninterrupted, or that a publish attempt will succeed. Platform review, network conditions and API limits all affect the result.

Limitation of liability #

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost revenue.

Termination #

You may stop using the Tool at any time and revoke its authorization inside the TikTok app. The owner may also stop providing the Tool at any time.

Changes #

When these terms change, the effective date above changes with them. Continued use means you accept the new version.
